Entretien
3 step interview process:
1. 30 minute introduction call (with HR manager)
2. 60 minute video call (with HR manager)
3. 60 minute video call (HR + 2 area managers)
Every step was set 5/6 days after the previous one. In each step the question were similar, but every time there was a deeper request for details.
Tell me about a time.....
1. You failed
2. You achieved a great goal
3. You had to deal with someone else critic
4. You established a relation with a professor
5. You had to take a fast decision
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner en févr. 2019
Entretien
After I submitted by application, I received an email confirming I had passed the first stage and the next one would consist of a phone call and some questions.
Once we agreed on the day and time, the phone call only lasted about 20 minutes.
The negative side, is that I asked the interviewer "What would the perfect candidate for this role be like?" And in their answer they described me and the skills I had mentioned.
However, they did not take me and did not provide any feedback as to why, or what things should you ameliorate for the future (constructive feedback).

Three step, a first telephone call of about 30 min about motivational and behavioural questions. Then 1 hour video interviews again with questions about yourself and you background/experiences and then a 10 min role play doing a discovery call. The las step is a 10min self-presentation, questions and the role play again but this time with the recruiter, an account manager and a VP.
