Process was well managed by Ed the Talent Acquisition Expert. All expectations were well managed, arranging dates and times etc was easy and all promises met. Any and all questions I asked were answered timeously. In person competency based interview which was relaxed and semi-informal but thorough, followed by a physiometric assessment. The company puts a strong focus on character as well as competency. A personalised card sent to my home welcoming me to the business was a nice touch.

Interviewed by four people - the hiring manager, two peers, and the hiring manager's boss. More conversations than formal behavioral questions. They were trying to understand the depth of my experience.
