The process started with a recruiter who did a basic interview. She asked questions about my salary requirements and if I had read the description of the position and had any questions. Following that she scheduled an interview with the General Manager. There were no other interviews after the interview with the General Manager.

Tell me about a time you had to interact with a difficult customer.
The interview process started with a call from the recruiter, to do basic screening. The recruiter also gave me more information about the position. Following the call recruiter, she scheduled an interview with the general manager. The interview was just with the general manager at the location. The interview itself lasted about an hour while he described the operation to me as well as what the position entailed.
It was fantastic, very thorough. It was very professional due to the limited time frame between interviews there was a time hack. I really like the variety of questions because the answer determines whether it’s a good fit right off the bat.
