I had a phone interview with the recruiter from HR. After that, i then had an interview with the hiring manager. Next, i had an in-person interview and got to see the site i was going to be working at.

First round is phone call, basic role questions. Second round is video calls with hiring managers, basic team fit and explaining your previous role and applicable experience, third was in person. No scenario questions, only technical were to demonstrate knowledge or understanding of operations.
