Entretien
Timed exam followed by 5 interviews across two dates.
The process is arranged on an ad-hoc basis. It seems anyone with reasonable qualification is allowed to sit the exam as they like to collect data, those that do well are interviewed.
They seemed interested principally mathematics and problem solving, followed by an active interest in quantitative finance.

Confidentiality agreement. However if you follow the guidance on the website, and can answer the practice exam questions, you will be well prepared.
Online test, plus three or four in person interviews. HR team is nice and responsive and they send feedback. The interviewer had a strong accent and was hard to understand

Entretien
First an online OA, which was mostly probability and stats but also some other questions, then one interview then 3 interviews in one day all of which were probability, stats, brainteasers.

- Triage, mainly brainteasers
- Focused interviews
Seems they pay quite well for what they do. I guess there may be some ethical concerns surrounding the company which they compensate for e.g. concerns about right wing political connections/ donations, previously suing employees, siloed working due to secrecy etc.
The interviewers were particularly rude, arrogant and did not seem to understand basic concepts. Lots of red flags.
