There were several stages, and the live interview was split into three portions. First with someone from I believe Human Resources, then with current employees, then with management. Management mainly are the ones asking questions, but the first two stages are a good opportunity for your to ask questions about the company and culture, etc.

One morning interviews with partners and attorneys. Very relaxed atmosphere, easy conversation. Questions were not technical, but more regarding my past experiences and why I was leaving my current employer.

Had a brief call with recruiter after messaging on LinkedIn. I submitted my resume, sent in my writing samples and then didn’t receive any follow up communications. However 4 months later another recruiter reached out to me again saying they have another opening, but I have found a new job by then.
