After sending in my resume, I was invited to schedule a problem-solving/critical-thinking test, which was pretty well orchestrated--in and out. After finding out that I did well, I was brought for a first interview with the president and VP of operations. Both were very welcoming, seemed to take a sincere interest in me and let me know about all of the different career options that might be available after getting a start in the Client Services (customer support) Department. Soon afterwards I was brought in for a second interview with the same two gentlemen and the CEO, who's a character--in the best way. Their enthusiasm for their company and the kind of people that they want to hire really got me excited about the opportunity. Most of the people I met with come across with aggressive personalities, and that might rub people the wrong way--some of their questions might even be a little forward in an interview--but they were all clearly very good people.

Question 1
Do you want to be a Web developer? (Keep in mind this wasn't the position I was interviewing for.)

Online, then on site math / logic test. Very pleasant first interview with department managers. Second interview with department managers and Mike Ode. Mr. Ode came to the interview in workout clothes and seemed kind of hostile towards me from the very start. I suspected my age played a factor (I'm in my 40s, but can pass for 30s - certainly not 20s, though). I was really confused as to why he seemed so hostile - he barely allowed me to answer his questions.
