Mr. Ode came to the interview in workout clothes and seemed kind of hostile towards me from the very start. I suspected my age played a factor (I'm in my 40s, but can pass for 30s - certainly not 20s, though). I was really confused as to why he seemed so hostile - he barely allowed me to answer his questions.
