J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forever 21 (New York, NY) en avr. 2014
Entretien
I was asked a few questions and asked the interviewer some questions. It was very chill and educational. We discussed what the job would entail and more. The interview process was a great experience one of the best interviews that I have ever had.
It was a typical retail interview. Lots of customer service questions, training and developing employees, knowing current trends, etc. The store manager interviewed me and it was one of the best interviews. She was easy to talk to so it was more of a conversation rather than an interview.

Applied online and was called to confirm an interview time. When I arrived, the manager was not expecting me at all - even asked if I was sure I had an interview with THAT Forever 21 (....really?). The interview was very off the hip in a side corner of the store with constant distractions for the manager making for very awkward breaks during the interview. I kept being asked why I wanted to leave my current position which really turned me off as the interview progressed. Towards the end it seemed that I was almost overqualified but I was told there would need to be a second interview with another manager and to call back a couple of days later to arrange it (I was optimistic although I thought it was strange that I would have to set up the 2nd interview myself). I've since called back 3 times to set it up and nothing.......It's been was well over a month and I have not heard back since the initial interview, from the manager I interviewed with, the manager who took my 2 calls, nor the manager I was to have the second interview with. Very unprofessional.
