Entretien
It was a panel interview different managers from different stores were interviewing everyone individually. They were having open interviews because it was a new store that was going to be opening. I didn't here back until two months later because the store wasn't due to open until October. I just wore clothes that I had bought from there I didn't dress very professional more fashionable. I have them my resume and application and just sold myself. I was very energetic & bubbly, smiled a lot. It was a great experience because the district manager was there & I made sure I spoke to her . I just made sure they remembered me
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
