Group Interview. They line all the interviewees up and ask a question. Each person says their response out loud in front of the entire group. The managers then discuss in private and return to have a list of individuals called off. Those individuals stand up and then they are announce if they have been hired on the spot.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.
