Le processus de l'entretien d'embauche est assez classique. Un appel téléphonique suivi d'un entretien physique avec un manager. Enfin, le manager décide et vous donne une réponse à l'issue de cet entretien.

Es war sehr kurz und auf englisch. Nette Person war im Gespräch mit drin. Und jetzt schreibe ich nur für Wörter erreichen, ist halt nervig. Wie genau muss ich beschreiben? Sehr aufwändig und unnötig

Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer kurzen Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zur Motivation und Verfügbarkeit. Danach werden die Arbeitsbedingungen, das Gehalt und mögliche Einsatzzeiten besprochen. Zum Schluss gibt es Raum für Fragen.
Very simple, they make sure you understand that the job will be very physically demanding. That's it basically. The said to bring ID and BSN to the interview but didn't ask for it. Those details are then provided digitally. You will then have a trial. That matters much more than the interview. I was hoping to be able to apply directly to the role of picker but this was not possible, at least at the store that I went to.
