Very simple, they make sure you understand that the job will be very physically demanding. That's it basically. The said to bring ID and BSN to the interview but didn't ask for it. Those details are then provided digitally. You will then have a trial. That matters much more than the interview. I was hoping to be able to apply directly to the role of picker but this was not possible, at least at the store that I went to.
