Very easy going. Applied online then went in to meet human resource manager then VP. Asked simple questions, wanted to know about me as a person. The interviews were held at two different locations. Orientation is also held at a third location

Luckily for me I did not have to endure the grueling interview process. I was not interviewed by First Services Residential. I was hired through the previous management company before they were terminated then First Services took over I came in as a walk on staff member.

Started with a phone screening/interview then in person.
Interviewed with two people at a time (HR ) then the second part of the interview was with a Regional Director. They asked some standard questions but mostly wanted you to ask them questions about the job. They would skirt around some questions such as 'What does the typical day look like". Phone interview was the typical questions. In person they wanted me to ask questions. They asked about what I was looking for. They tried to verify my skill level regarding Customer service and what I would do in certain scenarios.
