Started with a phone screening/interview then in person.
Interviewed with two people at a time (HR ) then the second part of the interview was with a Regional Director. Phone interview was the typical questions. In person they wanted me to ask questions. They asked about what I was looking for. They tried to verify my skill level regarding Customer service and what I would do in certain scenarios.

Luckily for me I did not have to endure the grueling interview process. I was not interviewed by First Services Residential. I was hired through the previous management company before they were terminated then First Services took over I came in as a walk on staff member.

Very easy going. Applied online then went in to meet human resource manager then VP. Asked simple questions, wanted to know about me as a person. The interviews were held at two different locations. Orientation is also held at a third location
