Started great, but the full description and pay was only partially disclosed. Claimed to be extremely flexible, but unfortunately was not the case. Had a great first phone interview, and the job description just doesn't match the position.

Explain a time you had a difficult client and how you handled it.
They ask questions to discover if you are social, coachable and have the intelligence to pass the SIE. Usually 2 people both managers at mid level management or below. Just don’t say something stupid

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? What was your biggest challenge you overcame? What do you want to do in 5 years . Sometimes a test is at the end for compatibility .

They use the Star method. be sure to bring up examples of time you had a positive impact on a client. Tell them how you can turn around a negative call. also be sure to mention that you are self sufficient when it comes to studying in order to acquire the licenses required (SIE, SERIES 7 AND 66)
