Entretien
Pretty straight forward a lot of personality questions. Five rounds of interview. First one over the phone the next four are all zoom calls or in person depending on location between an thirty minutes to an hour. The last interview is all personality questions.
Composed of a few rounds of behavioral interviews. Nothing too technical based about the actual content of the job itself, but more focused on who you are as an individual.

Tell about a time a group was not on track, and how did you put the team back on track or aid in that effect.
Great experience. They definitely cared about individuals and their passions and wanted to learn more about me and why I wanted to work at Fidelity. The interview was standard behavioral.
