There was an initial phone screening interview. They asked about your interest and some basic java questions(inheritance, scope, etc). They then invited me to come for an in person interview. After a tour of the campus, There was one 30 min technical interview and a 30 min behavioral interview. Interviewers, and HR were super friendly and not intimidating. Technical interview consisted of basic Object Oriented questions, questions about resume experiences/classes and one programming problem. Nothing unexpected. There was also a question answer session with previous Leap graduates, which was helpful as well. Overall great experience.
