It was around 10-15 min phone interview. Lady was very nice and asked general questions about how I got into finance and what pulled my interest towards fidelity. Talked about the general job description and what kind of duties and responsibilities I would have and then moved on to questions.

3 interviews, very informative and they try to help you as much as they can. Conversational interview. Behavioral questions. the only thing I don't like they take too much time to reply about your feedback for the interviews

Entretien
I had a phone interview for the BDA position. The lady was polite and nice but her questions were somehow tricky for a position that does not require any prior working experience. I have a IFIC certificate and she asked me questions like why I choose IFIC instead of CSC, which I don't think it's even fair.... The interview was only 10 min. It was not a hard interview but the questions were weird compare to other interviews I have had.

Entretien
- Applied Online; HR contacted; went for the interview
- Answered the technical & behavioral questions well
- Questions regarding my prior experiences in my resume
- Did not prepare as much on the variety of Investment Products that the company sells
- Became too honest (Big Mistake) and told them that I have knowledge in all of the products but I do not know much about the products they sell
- Got dropped lol
