The interview process was professional and well-structured. Clear communication throughout, with timely updates. Questions were relevant to the role, and the interviewers were friendly, making it a comfortable experience overall.
The interview consisted of a zoom call followed by background questions and general personality questions. The interview lasted around 15 minutes and I spoke with the branch manager. The manager also talked about the company culture and why Fidelity would be a good fit for me.
