I was referred by a fidelity employee and went to an informal lunch with the branch manager and this employee. This was followed a week later by a 1:1 interview with the branch manager where I was asked about my past job experience and interest in the position. I had a second formal interview with a panel where I was asked to role play asking a current client for a referral. I had a phone interview with HR and then filled out an online application.
