It started out with an online application that took about 10-15 minutes to complete. Next I was contacted by an HR representative and asked a few simple questions before we scheduled the phone interview. The next day they conducted the phone interview and at the end we set up a time for the in-person interview. This is a four hour process that started with everyone checking in and introducing ourselves. After that we all are escorted to a conference room where they put on a 45-55 minute presentation about Fidelity. After that we were given a tour of the floor we would be working on if hired, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. We were then taken back to the conference room for some Q&A, which lasted about 20-25 minutes and was very friendly and open. Following this comes the interview, consisting of two managers per candidate. We were taken into smaller rooms and asked a very structured set of questions. After you part ways with your managers you are taken into another conference room where you are required to take a test judging basic inference and deductive skills.
