Hiring process for IT at Fidelity can last 2 to 8 weeks depending on the group and title. It is not uncommon to have an initial screen by HR and then several rounds of interviews with the IT satff. First in-person interview I met with 4 people 1/2 hour each. Was invited back for several more rounds, each with at least 3 other people. At this particular group at Fidelity, it seemed as though everyone on the team got to weigh-in on prospective hires, but of course the hiring manager (SVP) called all the shots.
