Entretien
Applied through University Career website. Went to office, interviewed with 4 different people for 30 minutes each. First interview was basic interview questions, then the other three were more of conversations with upper level employees, a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about position.

Entretien
I applied through the campus recruiting website at Boston College, and was scheduled for a first round interview, which consisted of two half hour interviews which stressed leadership and communication skills, respectively. I was selected for a second round interview at the World Trade Center in Boston and went through six more half hour interviews. The second round was ridiculous, each interviewer asked me very similar questions and it seems all they were testing was stamina and willingness to get through the day to prove that you wanted to work for Fidelity. Pre-interview breakfast and post-interview lunch were provided, but these each lasted an hour, which combined with the six interviews made the day much too long.
