As the company was moving to a new location in our state, my first interview was with the recruiter in Florida. The hiring manager then interviewed me locally about ten days later here in town at the new facility. The process was typical and eventually, I was told the company had decided that they would not move this particular function to this location, but would retain it where it currently resides.
