Fidelity is very thorough with their interview process, but it's pretty straightforward. No oddball questions but preparation is important. Overall a pretty good experience. Phone screen and regular one-hour interview.

Phone interview with a recruiter, then invited to the Boston office for in person interview. Did in person interviews with several leaders of the risk team. Called back a couple of days later for one more interview with another manager. Received offer within a couple of days.

I applied for the job in April, 2021. They just got back to me with a rejection in July, 2022.
They have to go down as the slowest response time Ive came accross. Definitely won't be applying here in the future
First has a call with HR, then met for 3 interviews with people on the team. I believe it was an associate, director and then group VP. Positive experience as I received an offer
