Candidate generation and processing was handle by Fidelity's in-house staffing unit. The initial technical phone interview was conducted by a top-level engineer and clearly defined the required expertise for moving forward withe the interview process. The on-site four-hour interview process by individuals, group, and management was thorough and exposed the limits of my knowledge and experience, but also measured how well I could integrate with the team and the complex infrastructure.

The first interview with HR, second was the technical round. The third round was the client team. and Final round was with the VP. I was a great experience and interview went very smooth.
