I attended the interview with Fidelity Investments (Ramanujan IT City, Chennai) in the month of February. I had 3 rounds of interviews (Telephonic, Technical & HR discussion) and all of them is to get insights about your skills and behaviors. All the recruiters were very kind and keen in listening to your job experiences. If you are very strong in your Analytical and Technical skills, then there won't be any problem unless they need a resource with those particular skills (Otherwise they don't consider interviewing people). After clearing all the rounds in a positive way, I was asked to wait for a couple of days or so to get an offer letter. But however the position got On-Hold and I hadn't receive any offer letter. I contacted the HR and they told me that the position I've applied has got closed. Nevertheless, I keep applying for jobs and the HRs (really helpful) contacted me again for another opening. And the same rounds happened and Finally I've got the Offer and Accepted it!
