J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) en avr. 2011
Entretien
I was called on a Saturday morning by one of the hiring managers stating she had obtained my resume from my college's career site and that she was interested in bringing me in for an interview. She told me the days and times they had available and I selected my best fit. The day of my interview I went to the office where they had a brunch set up for all of the candidates in that section. Then two employees from the company came and spoke to us "informally and off the record" about any questions we may have. The rest of the day consisted of 3 one on one interviews with 3 different people. One was from college relations/HR and two were managers in the finance departments. Overall it was mostly a behavioral interview and we went through my resume each time. There were no skills based questions.

Entretien
Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.

The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
2 phone calls, one with HR and another with the team I would intern with. Relatively quick and to the point without too many difficult questions. They offered the position almost immediately after the second call.
