Interview was mostly behavioral questions. Had one round with recruiter and one round with branch manager. Asked about my long term goals in the field and what made me choose wealth management. Manager explained the internship was to see if this career was a good fit for me.

First, I had a screening call with a recruiter, to discuss my background, experiences, and why Fidelity/why financial services. Then, I was selected for a forty-five minute virtual interview with managers (who would be my managers in the internship), and they asked fairly standard behavioral questions about balancing workload, handling challenges, and delivering to clients/customers.
