-Many steps with many different individuals. 1. Initial recruiter interview, 2. Interview with director, 3. Interviews with teammates, 4. Interviews with another director, 5. Interview with managing director. Some of the individuals I interviewed seemed to be intentionally provoking me, but I get it because they wanted to see how I handle pressure.
-The interview process was fast at first. All of my interviews were completed in about 3 weeks. Communication was excellent- until it wasn't. I was ghosted in the end even though I made it to the final interview round. I never got a rejection email after my last interview. An email I sent requesting feedback was responded to, but apparently there was no feedback available. So I have no idea where I stand with this role because I never got a no, yes, or any communications of substance following my interviews. I spent many hours preparing for and participating in these interviews and the lack of followup is extremely disappointing. I deserve at least an automated rejection email.

Describe the technologies you'd be working with in this role.
After I applied online, a recruiter reached out a couple of weeks later to setup an introductory call.
Call went great. I followed up. They replied quickly, saying they're still interviewing.
It's now 6 weeks later, job is reposted and I didn't hear a thing either way.
Ghosted.
Easy interview process with some data analysis and questions to answer about a case with financial statements. Behavioral questions like why this firm, why consulting, etc. Professional process and not too difficult
The process has a very practical and interesting case study, an introduction about the firm and employee teams. Overall speaking, there have a very good vibe and a friendly working atmosphere.
