Across the globe, FTI Consulting employees participate in charitable initiatives to give back to the communities in which we live and work through our global Corporate Citizenship Program. Launched in 2016, the Program aligns with both how we conduct business as a firm and the core values that our people live as professionals inside and outside of the workplace.

The FTI Consulting Corporate Citizenship Program is comprised of three elements:

  • Volunteering. All FTI Consulting professionals receive one day of paid leave each year to volunteer their time and service in local communities for causes they are passionate about. In 2017, FTI Consulting experts volunteered over 5,200
  • Pro Bono Service. FTI Consulting’s pro bono engagements leverage our professionals’ deep industry knowledge and unique sets of expertise to make a significant impact in our communities. In 2017, FTI Consulting donated over USD$1,000,000 in pro bono services.
  • Charitable Donations. FTI Consulting’s Matching Gifts Program increases the impact of our professionals’ charitable contributions. In 2017, FTI Consulting matched USD$84,000 and donated USD$400,000 to charitable causes across the globe.

In addition to these three elements, FTI Consulting is committed to conducting business in an environmentally sound and resourceful manner. As a professional services firm with no manufacturing or product distribution activities, FTI Consulting’s environmental impact is relatively small. Nonetheless, FTI Consulting continuously seeks to promote environmental sustainability. Key sustainability initiatives and achievements include:

  • More than 65% of employees worldwide work in LEED certified (or equivalent) offices.
  • 100% of computers are equipped with video conferencing capabilities to reduce the environmental impact of travel.
  • Banned the use of black cars in 2017.
  • 17% reduction in paper usage since 2014.
  • Printers worldwide are defaulted to print double-sided to reduce paper usage.
  • Commitment to environmentally safe disposal or recycling of technology equipment.
  • In 2018, FTI Consulting offices around the world committed to making a difference for the environment in celebration of Earth Day. Watch a video showcasing our efforts here.

    Entretien de Consultant financier

    Candidat à l'entretien anonyme - Paris (France)
    Aucune offre d'embauche
    Expérience négative
    Difficulté moyenne

    Candidature

    - 1 test numerical reasoning (40min - style GMAT)
    - 1 test verbal reasoning (40min - style TOEIC)
