It was a fairly difficult process - I was asked about a range of questions from recent news stories, to prior experience, to why FTI, and why the role. The interviewers themselves were very kind and it was more of a conversation than a grilling,
After I applied online, a recruiter reached out a couple of weeks later to setup an introductory call.
Call went great. I followed up. They replied quickly, saying they're still interviewing.
It's now 6 weeks later, job is reposted and I didn't hear a thing either way.
Ghosted.
Easy interview process with some data analysis and questions to answer about a case with financial statements. Behavioral questions like why this firm, why consulting, etc. Professional process and not too difficult
The process has a very practical and interesting case study, an introduction about the firm and employee teams. Overall speaking, there have a very good vibe and a friendly working atmosphere.
