This is a pre-record video interview. 1. Complete a test recording by clicking the green start recording button speak a few sentences and then click stop recording. 2. Click play response back and confirm the sound quality is clear and your camera is not blurry. It will take a few moments to load the video playback. If satisfied with the test recording, click OK to load the predetermined interview questions. 3. An interview question will appear at the top of the screen. After formulating your response, click start recording. Upon click, the timer will begin counting down to zero. 4. To progress to the next interview questions, click review to approve your response. A video playback of the recorded response will load.

I found a role online that I liked the look of. I applied with my CV and a covering letter, which explained what I had been doing between ending university and now. I also explained in my covering letter that I was changing careers and so was looking for an entry level or graduate level role to get into the certain sector. It was honest and personal and I think this is why they then replied with an email to explain that they were interested in my CV. They asked a couple of follow up questions to check about working for them. After answering these questions they then offered me an interview date to come in for a 1-1 and personality test.
