Online application - 1st phone interview about my experiences and what the position is about. Recruiter was 30 minutes late with the phone call. Than there was a Skype interview with 3 representatives of different divisions. They all seem uninterested and bored. Standard questions, give me an example when ...., why EZE, why should we choose you. Than I had in office interview with 3 directors, also same type of questions. This lasted about 2 hrs. There was more waiting or another interviewer than actually interviewing. Entire process took about 2 months. Be prepared to talk about your experiences, especially examples of logical thinking, your experience with technology. Finally got an offer a week after the interview.
First I had a short phone interview with a recruiter about my resume, interest in Eze, and brief knowledge of products. Then there were two subsequent interviews with managers that were more in depth about my experiences, leadership, interest in/ aptitude with software and technology, and why I would be a good candidate. Everyone was really nice, organized and made me feel like they were interested in me and prepared for the interview. HR department was efficient and responsive about setting up interviews.

Online application followed by a phone interview. HR department was very helpful and quick to respond to an questions prior to phone screening. Additional information regarding the program was provided before the interview, making it easier to come up with questions.

Entretien
First was a phone interview with HR to gauge interest in fin tech and overall fit. Right after, I was invited to a 2-hour Skype or in-person interview, and I chose to go to the office. Interview was a little over two hours with two different people and included situational, behavioral, and some logic questions. If all goes well you will be invited to a final round interview in the office, again two hours long and this time with 3 director/VP-level people. This time they really grill you to determine whether or not you can handle the role.
