The interview was conducted at the Radison Hotel in Baton Rouge. It was composed of two interviews in two different rooms. In the first room, the interviewers were human resource people, and Process Operations representatives. In the second room, the interviewers were technical type people such as engineers. The questions we all tell me questions about what have you done, or what did you do type of questions.

Na screening van cv, eerste gesprek meteen on site. Een technisch interview samen met een HR-collega. Er werden verschillende technische specifeke vragen gesteld, en er werd gevraagd schema’s, te tekenen en uit te leggen. Verder werden de klassieke vragen gesteld.

I applied on March 20th, I was invited to interview April 8th. Interviewed 2 weeks later. Very standard interview setting, 3 person panel and they asked behavior based and technical questions. The interview lasted a little longer than an hour. Offered the position on May 5th. Just to kind of give a time line for the entire process. Background takes about 6-8 weeks to complete after offer acceptance.

pass the 2 tests then get an interview which was a 4 month process. behavioral questions and a few technical questions about process. interview was well planned with clear instructions
