Pretty basic interview, they want to know about you and your attitude on safety for the most part. They also explain the nature of the job and the schedule to see if you are truly interested in a career in the oil sector. Present yourself as a risk-averse steady minded individual and you should have no problem impressing the interviewers.

Na screening van cv, eerste gesprek meteen on site. Een technisch interview samen met een HR-collega. Er werden verschillende technische specifeke vragen gesteld, en er werd gevraagd schema’s, te tekenen en uit te leggen. Verder werden de klassieke vragen gesteld.

Entretien
I applied on March 20th, I was invited to interview April 8th. Interviewed 2 weeks later. Very standard interview setting, 3 person panel and they asked behavior based and technical questions. The interview lasted a little longer than an hour. Offered the position on May 5th. Just to kind of give a time line for the entire process. Background takes about 6-8 weeks to complete after offer acceptance.

pass the 2 tests then get an interview which was a 4 month process. behavioral questions and a few technical questions about process. interview was well planned with clear instructions
