I sat for the company via campus placements. Two step hiring process:
1. Technical and aptitude test
2. Personal interview
Aptitude test was easy. Technical test was according to your stream with moderate level difficulty.
Personal interview was long, 25 to 40mins. Resume was screened properly. They were looking for leadership skills. All the questions were behaviorial. No technical questions were asked in Interview.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
