I basically got an interview from them by being very outgoing during the networking night. My resume itself is not that strong, but communication definitely helps, at least for getting an interview.

In-person, behavioral questions, and what you know about the company. The interviewer was kind and overall not a bad experience. Did take a while to receive notification of being selected or not for the next step.

Entretien
Was done by a standardized guide. Lot of teamwork questions, the way it works is the interviewer standardizes your app and sends it to the different facilities. Overall, not that bad. Not many skill testing questions.
