Very brief process. Everything was done over the phone as the position is remote. The recruiters do a very good job of selecting potential candidates. I was interviewed by a RAM and an AM which knew how the day to day program was run, it made the questions more relevant.

It was great. They work with the best recruiters and once they reach out, they stay engaged and really guide you openly through the process. The inicial interview was done over the phone with the recruiter and about a week later I was invited to interview (1:1) directly with the top dog. The hiring process was quick and efficient, as was the onboarding process.
