Not able to reach recruiter, who centralised all communication until then, because he left the company. Nobody else stepped in to follow up. The managers (including hiring mgr) from the business were not responding to e-mail. (I later found out that Expedia have a policy of communicating only via the recruiter and are not willing to give ph #s or even e-mail addresses). Only 3 months later managed to eek out a reply that the job description was changed and they already got someone.
