I applied for User Experience Design / Product Design 2022 summer internship pretty late. And I have received the online assessment on February 5th, which is one week later after I submitted the application on their official website. And I have no idea what the rest interview process would be like.

Very great interview process, had a portfolio review going over two or three case studies in my portfolio, a behavioral interview, and a more conceptual interview going over a design challenge. There was no white board challenge, just a verbal design thinking exploration.
