very responsive HR, she helped me all through the process and was very pleasant and interested in getting to really know the candidates feels good to have such a quality of process of recruiting

I enjoyed everyone I interviewed with. But the recruiter I worked with made my process a negative experience. Her communication after each interview was very delayed so I was left in the dark a lot. I completed the entire interview process and NEVER heard from her again. Even candidates who aren’t receiving an offer still receive some type of communication. To completely ghost a candidate that has completed your entire interview process is very unprofessional.
