I had a phone screen with a recruiter who thought my experience fit another role in addition to the role I applied for. I thought that was great.
Immediately I had a call set up with the Hiring manager which went fine.
I havent heard from the recruiter after that. When I emailed, the recruiter mentioned that hiring manager is still interviewing people and that I will hear back a decision after a week. As always, no reply.
My experience with recruiters at Expedia has been extremely unpleasant. They become non-responsive after initial conversation. This happened at least 6 to 7 times in the past 24 months.
I hope the company takes initiative to address this pattern

Entretien
It took about 1 month with an initial HR screening. There were 5 rounds of personal interview with different team members - all the interviews were over zoom/virtual. Interviews were spread over 2-3 days in a week.

In total I did 6 Interviews, with different parts of the business, First with recruiter, then 5 other. Process was smooth, and well organized, considering it involved different timezones.
