I applied through online/apps. Once they review my application and resume the HR will email and schedule an phone call for appx 30 mins. During the phone call, the HR will ask few questions about my previous job scope, how do I cope with bad situation, or what did you do if your colleges made mistake etc. Then HR will explain about the job is actually about. How is it functions, and what are you expected to do if you are chosen for this job.
After that, you are needed to complete a language test (bcs the position I applied is required Korean Language) and virtual on9 video interview (self record any time you want). Once you're done, if you passed the language test, you will proceed to the real interview with the hiring managers.

Relative fast came an answer back, as I had applied online. I think, the HR departement has there already a bit
more routine, when I here in the comments see, who all was in the
interview for one an the same job
