Initially received called from a recruiter firm. They had arranged my interview with them.. 2 rounds of interview which I were pretty much good.. Even my consultant confirmed that I got selected but it's more than 2 weeks there is no further response from there side... Slow process... Interview was easy.. General Accounting term..

they use the HireVue system, they ask two questions and you have to answer them correctly in a few minutes. you can practice your answers a couple of times, but no more than that.
The interview was has the typical behavioral questions and a role play with a manager. It took a little longer than a week to get the feedback. Although I was rejected, no clear explanation was given as of the causes.
