I applied internally. I was originally scheduled to have four rounds of interviews, with two different managers and two other folks. I cleared all of them and hence was scheduled for a surprise fifth round with another manager.
I perhaps cleared it as well as they proceeded to collect manager feedback after that. However, the process took too long for reasons unknown to me and after about a month or so, the hiring manager scheduled another (sixth) round of interview on work dynamics like asking me to give examples of situations where I had a conflict or difference of opinion with my manager or a team member, my motivators and de-motivators, my work philosophy, etc..
After this, I didn't hear anything from the recruiters or anyone involved in the process but surprisingly some people in my org. asked me about my last working day as their was a leak. Upon contacting the recruiter, I got to know that the hiring manager isn't inclined to make an offer because I wasn't available to work/collaborate in odd hours or early morning / late night hours. I had raised and discussed this with him that I'd be available only as per a pre-agreed upon schedule but this perhaps didn't go well with him. This, I think should have been clear from the very beginning of the process and not the very end.
Ultimately, I didn't receive any official communication regarding my process and any feedback/reasons for the discontinuation, but ended up spending my so many hours of my time and people wrongly finding out about it.
Poor recruitment process. The hiring people have no accountability to the applicants and don't even bother to respond to your applications.

I had been interviewed for Backend position that was at entry level at organisation. After reviewing my profile and knowing that I did not have experience in Backend technical but was willing to learn and work in backend side, interviewer kept on asking things related to backend and after completing four rounds of interview i was told that feedback from interviewer was not good as you don't have backed experience.
Dont you knew this before hand? Haven't you reviewed my profile before conducting 4 rounds of interview??
Worst panel for technical interview.
Questions were easy of ds algo but that technical panel did not knew answers of that also.
They asked questions and when i gave answers they started searching online to confirm if its true or not.

The process took ~3 week. I went through an HR phone interview, then 2 weeks passed I actually didn't think they'll call me but they did, and we scheduled a Technical phone interview with mainly java questions . After the Technical interview the process was much faster and I was called for an on-site interview that took about 3 hours. Writing code on white board, talking to technical managers little break and talking to the manager of the team that you are applying to.

1 Phone screening round: Simple DS questions were asked.
2 Technical rounds: DS/ALGO round and had to write code for all.
1 Hiring manager round: Some basic questions like why I want to switch and what are my expectations.
