I applyed via internet for the position of market associate internship in Rome, Italy and I had my first phone interview in english with scenario questions. The second step was a skype call with HR in which the asked me about my self, about my accomplishments and other behavioral questions. The third step was a skype call with area manager in which they asked me scenario questions and role play games.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
