Nice people. After applying for a role and getting a reply from recruiting, I filled out an online questionnaire, had a recruiting phone screen, a HM phone screen, and then a five-hour interview loop with a catered lunch break on site. Everone was very pleasant. I never heard back after the loop, so I guess I didn't get the job. :-)

Applied online (no referral) - recruiter reached out and invited for 1st round with HM - waited for 2 weeks after 1st round - and proceeded to 2nd pannel round with 4 interviewer from x-functional team (pm, engineer, designer, Director). Didn't get the offer but recruiter was helpful and interviewers were nice as well.

Questions were almost entirely behavioral. There was no homework assignment or presentation.
