Recruitment process: First technical interview with LeetCode-style questions, Interview with the recruiter, Interview with the manager, Second technical interview, also LeetCode-style — I completed the exercise successfully but the interviewer seemed a bit disengaged and told me I didn’t have the required level because the role required 5 years of experience, even though the job posting mentioned only 2+ years, Final interview focused on company values and culture (I still had to go through the final interview afterwards) Feedback: After five interviews I received no feedback despite several follow-ups and eventually found out on the candidate portal that my application had been rejected — the process started off well-structured but the lack of final communication left a poor and unprofessional impression
